Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. The Latin Pop mainstream has been impacted by his globular influence. In 2016, his hit Una Lady Como Tu was the winner of a Colombian Kids Choice Award for Best Song in 2017. The year 2017 saw the release of ADN The First Long-Player to La Industria Inc. in Medellin. The album peaked at the top of the charts, being ranked eighth on the Top Latin Albums chart. In the following year, the singer teamed with Ozuna to record Vaina Loca, it was a Top Five hit. He collaborated together with Noriel on Mala Influencia in the year 2020. He next year, released his sophomore album the chart-topping Dopamina. Later in 2021 he was featured performing a duet TINI on her streaming hit song Maldita Foto. in 2023 the single the smash hit La Bachata was released. Turizo was born into a musical family both his parents are musicians. According to him, music was a mandatory component of his childhood. Growing up, he instructed to play the piano, saxophone and guitar. His first choice of career was to be a vet, his brother Julian convinced to him take singing lessons from the famous Cuban.
